Easel Solutions began its life over fourteen years ago as The Electronic Easel Training Center, a subdivision of an emerging high-tech pre-press company called the Electronic Easel. The training center was born from the need to train the Electronic Easel's clients how to use computers so that they could sell their "straight-from-digital" pre-press services.

Through its history The Electronic Easel Training Center has developed a strong reputation for training its clients to become experts in the software used by print and web professionals, and more recently the software used in the web development field. From 3M to Carmichael Lynch to Wells Fargo, The Electronic Easel Training Center has built its strong reputation by consistently delivering only the highest quality instructor-led computer training.

In July of 2003, The Electronic Easel Training Center was purchased by its current ownership group and changed its name to Easel Training, Inc. Easel Training under its new ownership, committed to providing the same high quality training its reputation demanded and expanding its offering into web programming and other software application training. In addition, Easel Training began building customized web based e-learning applications to meet the training needs of disparate organizations such as sales forces, franchises, and larger multi-location companies.

Over the past 14 years, Easel Training has become a leader in providing consulting and training in the eLearning, web, and creative markets, as well as a reseller of the Adobe Acrobat Connect Professional web conferencing and training solution. In September 2007, Easel Training acquired Tech Ed Solutions, a Lincoln, Nebraska company. Tech Ed Solutions, an Adobe and Microsoft Gold partner, focused on delivering solutions based on Adobe's creative and document technologies, including Acrobat and LiveCycle, as well as Microsoft's Application Development Server and Desktop software. Tech Ed Solutions also developed the UltimatePDF software.

With the acquisition of Tech Ed Solutions, Easel Training changed its name to Easel Solutions to reflect the broader services it now provides its customers in the cutting-edge technologies that are driving the evolution of the way we use the Internet and convey information. The combination of the two organizations ensures that Easel Solutions continues to raise the bar for its customers.
